  The staff here have the IQ of a brick wall with a personality to match. No one communicates to one another, leaving nothing to get done. Over my year stay here I had repeatedly asked them to clean off my patio. They neighbor above us had a dog that would urinate on the slatted patio and the urine would then fall onto my patio, on and in front of my AC unit. This is not only disgusting, but a health hazard. It was never corrected and was brought to their attention more than twice. Our dishwasher wasn't bolted in. We brought this to their attention twice and they put in a "work order" to have it done. The maintenance guy came 4 months later. I had already fixed this issue myself. Ground floor apartments do not have an enclosed patio, leaving it open for anyone to have access to your apartment. Completely not safe, not to mention a lot of the patios are only about 4.5feet high. Plenty of parking under trees, that are regularly cut and drip sap onto your car. Not to mention if someone parks in your space, that you pay for, they won't do anything to help you. Jeanie and Liz and everyone else in this office is a complete waste of space and so is this apartment complex. They will also lie, try to sue you, get caught in lies and then hang up on you. Get a written receipt for EVERYTHING or they will try to sue you to put more money in their pockets. They will never contact you and just send it off to a lawyer and pretend they don't know what you're talking about.
